Sportif International Tournament and Training Camp

8^th – 11^th April 2012 for Pre Cadets, Cadets & U20

In April 2012, Edinburgh, Scotland’s Capital City will host the Sportif International Judo Tournament and Training Camp. The Sportif International will attract talented and motivated young judo players from around the World.Following the Tournament players will have the opportunity to develop their individual technical and randori skills as they work with a team of World class coaches including World and Olympic medallists at the Training Camp.

Date: Training Camp 9^th , 10^th & 11^th April 2012

Venue: Edinburgh University Centre for Sport and Exercise, Pleasance Building, City of Edinburgh

IMPORTANT NOTE: Travel & Accommodation

Edinburgh is one of Europe’s top tourist destinations it is well service by road, rail or air. Teams travelling from abroad will be picked up and dropped off at Edinburgh airport.

The training venue is situated in the heart of the Old City providing perfect access to shops and restaurants. At peak holiday times accommodation can be difficult to locate in the City. With this in mind Sportif have pre booked reasonably priced hostel & hotel accommodation close by. Sportif Friends of Judo – Changing lives

The Sportif International 2012 will be more than just a judo tournament and training camp it will be the launching pad for a unique, global social project named Sportif Friends of Judo.

Through judo this project aims to improve the lives of children living in poverty around the World. By supporting the Sportif International and Friends of Judo you will play a vital role in the establishment of a life changing project.
